Friday I went to my great uncle Jonathan's funeral. That night I watched Nights in Rodanthe with Travis. Saturday I went to a family reunion. I slept in Sunday and ate supper with Travis' family that night.

This past weekend I was in Atlanta at a swim meet. Besides being at the swim meet, me and my parents vistited with my brother who lives in Atlanta and my cousin and her fiance. One night we went to Starbucks and got coffee and sat there for 3 hours and talked...it was great. We shopped a little and came home on Sunday.

For Valentine's Day I was in Atlanta for a swim meet....not the typical Valentine's day, I know. My boyfriend, Travis and I both swim, so we exchanged presents at the swim meet. He gave me Clinique Happy perfume and I gave him a button-up shirt and some boxers from Express.

I don't think that the way someone parts their hair determines their personality or the way someone percieves them. You determine, to some extent, the way others look at you, but your environment, the way you were raised, and other factors mostly influence that aspect.

I think I did pretty good on this progress report. I'm not sure about chemistry though. My parents probably won't come to the open house Monday.

The smoking in the bathroom is disgusting. My solution...smoke detectors in each stall in the bathroom. Have them high enough where no one can reach them but low enough to detect even a small amount of smoke.

I love to make desserts. Cakes, cookies, and basically anything sweet I love to cook and eat. I found a recipe for brownies the other day and I decided to try them out last night. I took them out right before they were done, so they would be a little gooey. I left them out to cool and then came back to cut me a piece and put some ice cream with it. Obviously everyone else in my house approved of them too because when I went downstairs this morning there was just a little bit left in the pan. I'll probably make some more tonight.

Everyone has done at least one thing in their life that's considered to be "regrettable behavior". When someone becomes famous, the media is constantly looking for something in their past or waiting for them to screw up so their station can have something to report on. I'm glad that Michael Phelps admitted to smoking marijuana and didn't try to cover up and say that the picture wasn't him. He did the right thing and apoligized for his actions and promised to his fans to never do it again.

I watched the last season of American Idol, but I haven't watched it this season. I kind of forgot it was coming on, and American Idol, in my opinion, is one of those shows you need to watch from start to beginning. I don't really care that I'm missing it though.
